tinyxpath building note

Go to link, download & unpack sources.
In tinyxml.h before '#ifdef TIXML_USE_STL' insert '#define TIXML_USE_STL'.
Headers can be copied to ./include directory
Open ./tinyxpath_lib/tinyxpath_lib.vcproj
Choose mode & settings and build.
